Kiosk

The AWaiver Kiosk is an app that runs on Android or iOS devices. It is used when you need to have waivers signed on premises when speed of signing is more important the positive identification of the signer.

There are three modes of operation for the AWaiver Kiosk.

• Lock on company

  If your company has more than 1 waiver, the signer will be presented with a list of waivers from which they can make a selection.

• Lock on waiver

  If you only have 1 waiver the signer can proceed to signing the waiver without having to first select the waiver.

  Alternately use this mode if your company has multiple waivers and would like to have dedicated devices for each waiver.

• Test/Demo Mode

  The Test/Demo mode allows you to see how the AWaiver Kiosk app will work without having to connect the app to your company. The app will connect to a test company that at the time of this writing has 2 waivers.

Demo Mode

Demo mode allows you to go through the signing process without actually creating a signed waiver. This allows you to demonstrate the system without incurring the cost of signed waivers.

To toggle the demo mode:

1. If AWaiver Kiosk is not locked onto a specific waiver, select any waiver to sign.
2. On the “Identify Participant” screen select “You are the participant”
3. In the “your legal name” field, type in “demo MODE”. The word “demo” must be in all lowercase and “MODE” must be in all upper case.
4. Select “Next”

Reset Kiosk

Resetting the AWaiver Kiosk will allow you to get back to the Kiosk Setup page.

1. If AWaiver Kiosk is not locked onto a specific waiver, select any waiver to sign.
2. On the “Identify Participant” screen select “You are the participant”
3. In the “your legal name” field, type in “reset KIOSK”. The word reset” must be in all lowercase and KIOSK” must be in all upper case.
4. Select “Next”
